  • Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behavior

Cooperation is expected from all Event Participants, and venue staff will actively enforce these standards before, during, and after the festival.

Event Participants are responsible for both conducting themselves in accordance with this Festival Code of Conduct and helping to enforce its provisions should they witness misconduct without fear of retaliation when the actions of others violate the rights of any individuals or groups.

Misconduct can be reported by:

  1. Submitting a report via #NotMe on your mobile device. Reports can be made anonymously. Instructions on how to submit reports will be emailed to all festival participants in advance of a Next Glass festival and can be found on the festival website or via a QR code throughout the festival grounds.
  2. Contacting a festival staff member, identified by their gold “FEST CREW” shirts, credentials and/or radios.

Upon receiving a report and/or witnessing misconduct, festival staff and security will assess, investigate, and take appropriate measures. If any Event Participant is determined to have engaged in any form of misconduct, event organizers will take action to keep the festival a safe, respectful, inclusive, compliant, and fun environment for everyone. Action may include, but is not limited to, issuing a verbal or written warning to the offender, ejection from the festival without a refund, or reporting criminal activity to local law enforcement.

Further, the festival staff is available to help you contact your emergency contact, hotel, venue security, local law enforcement, and local support services, as well as provide escorts or otherwise assist you to feel safe for the duration of the festival.

By participating in a Next Glass event, you agree to be held to the standards outlined in this Code of Conduct. You also agree that should you attend a Next Glass event and fail to comply with this Code of Conduct, Next Glass may pursue remedies deemed appropriate in accordance with federal, state and/or local law.
